When will I receive my tracking details?
Tracking details are sent by email once your order is dispatched. If your order includes preorder items, tracking is provided only when the item is available and the shipment actually starts.
What does “preorder” mean?
A preorder item is not available for immediate dispatch. The estimated release date and estimated dispatch window are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
Can preorder dates change?
Yes. Release dates and dispatch windows are estimates and may change due to distributor or manufacturer updates. If timelines change, we may update the estimated dates and notify customers when applicable.
I can’t find the order emails. What should I do?
Please check your Spam/Promotions folder and confirm the email used at checkout. If you still can’t find the confirmation or shipping email, contact us and include your full name and order number (if available).
